Tourism in Turkey largely focused on a variety of historical sites and seaside resorts on the Aegean and the Mediterranean Sea. In recent years, Turkey has become a popular destination for tourism, culture and health. In 2011 Turkey attracted more than 31.5 million foreign tourists, [1] Turkey sits as one of the formulators sixth most important countries in the world tourism. [2]
In support of tourism in the Tercíaaalent the Turkish government in January 2013 that it would build the largest airport in the world in Istanbul. Tkalv and construction of the airport will exceed 7 billion Ao'rour is expected to be completed in the airport in 2017. [3]
